MALE CLINIC · SEXUAL HEALTH
You're not broken. You're not alone.
Erectile dysfunction is common, treatable and often a signal of something deeper: hormones, circulation, nerves, stress or metabolism. We find the cause first, then build a confidential plan that treats it, not just the symptom.

WHAT IS ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION?
Erectile dysfunction (ED) is the ongoing difficulty getting or keeping an erection firm enough for satisfying sex. It can affect men at any age, it is often linked to an underlying health condition, and the good news is that it is highly treatable.
COMMON SYMPTOMS
IF IT IS IGNORED
5-QUESTION SELF-SCORE
Based on the IIEF-5, the short questionnaire doctors use worldwide. Think about the last 6 months and choose one answer per question. Your answers stay on this page.
01How confident are you that you can get and keep an erection?
02With sexual stimulation, how often were your erections hard enough for penetration?
03During intercourse, how often could you keep your erection after penetration?
04During intercourse, how difficult was it to keep your erection until the end?
05When you attempted intercourse, how often was it satisfying for you?
0 OF 5 ANSWERED
Answer all five.
Scores range from 5 to 25. A lower score suggests more significant erectile difficulty. This is a screening tool, not a diagnosis.

An erection needs your hormones, circulation, nerves, mind and lifestyle working together. When one system is off, it can affect everything. Choose a system to see what we look for.
BLOOD FLOW · VASCULAR
The most common cause.
High blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, smoking and narrowed arteries reduce the blood that reaches the penis. Because these arteries are small, ED can be one of the first signs of heart disease.

AT VICTORIA CLINIC, WE LOOK DEEPER
Anxiety, depression, stress, performance pressure and relationship issues can cause ED on their own, and they often grow on top of a physical cause. Real solutions start with real answers.
New ED can appear years before heart symptoms. Your assessment includes your cardiovascular risk.
When stress or anxiety are part of it, we include them in the plan rather than treating the body alone.
Private appointments, discreet communication and discreet packaging, every time.
OUR SCIENCE-BACKED ED TREATMENTS
There is no single “best” treatment for ED. The right one depends on the cause, your health and what you want. Explore the options, from the least to the most invasive.
FIRST, ALWAYS
Blood tests, a medical history and a look at your heart, sleep, weight, alcohol, tobacco and medications. Treating diabetes, blood pressure or sleep apnoea, losing weight and exercising can improve erections on their own, and make every other treatment work better.

Peptides are short chains of amino acids that signal the body to repair and regulate itself. Used alongside a proper diagnosis, they are a long-term investment in your body's ability to heal and perform, not a quick fix.
A melanocortin agonist that acts centrally on desire and arousal. Useful when interest, not only blood flow, is part of the problem.
Repair-focused peptides used in regenerative protocols for tissue recovery. Evidence in humans is still early; your doctor explains where they fit.
Stimulate your own growth-hormone release to support recovery, body composition and vitality as part of a wider plan.

Ask on WhatsApp (opens WhatsApp in a new tab)Erectile dysfunction (ED) is the ongoing difficulty getting or keeping an erection firm enough for satisfying sex. It can also involve problems with desire, arousal or ejaculation. Occasional difficulty is normal; persistent difficulty deserves a medical check.
Ongoing difficulty getting an erection, difficulty keeping it, erections that are less firm, lower sexual desire, and less sensation or pleasure.
Very common. In the Massachusetts Male Aging Study, about half of men aged 40 to 70 had some degree of ED, and it becomes more likely with age, diabetes, heart disease and smoking. It can also affect younger men.
Sometimes. Low testosterone (hypogonadism) can reduce desire and weaken erections, so a hormone profile is part of a complete assessment. Many cases, however, are caused by blood flow, nerves, medication or stress.
Yes. The arteries of the penis are small, so narrowing often shows there first. New ED can appear years before heart symptoms, which is why we check your cardiovascular risk.
First we determine whether ED is a symptom of another condition, such as low testosterone, diabetes or vascular disease, or a condition in itself, and whether the origin is physical, psychological or both. The plan then treats the cause, alongside medication, GoldWaves® shockwave therapy, peptides, injections or, for some men, a penile implant.
There is no single best treatment. Diagnosis requires a medical history and blood tests, and your doctor recommends what fits your cause, your health and your preferences. More testing may be needed if an underlying condition is found.
A medication-free treatment that uses low-intensity acoustic waves to stimulate new blood vessels and improve blood flow. The protocol is 6 painless sessions of about 25 minutes, twice a week for 3 weeks, with improvement usually noticed at 4 to 6 weeks.
Men who have not responded to, or cannot use, medical treatments. Inflatable or malleable implants are placed by our specialist surgical partners and offer a permanent solution with high satisfaction rates.
Many men can, but not everyone. They must never be combined with nitrate heart medicines, and some heart and blood-pressure conditions need care, so they are prescribed after a medical assessment.
Rarely. It often has a combination of physical and psychological causes, and it can signal an underlying condition that needs treatment. It is worth seeing a qualified doctor.
No. ED becomes more common as men age, but it is not inevitable, and it is treatable at any age once the cause is understood.
Adult men of any age. Testosterone treatment is generally for men with specific symptoms and objectively low lab values, most often from their thirties onwards.
It depends on the treatment. Tablets and injections work on the day; GoldWaves® usually shows improvement at 4 to 6 weeks; hormone treatment often improves desire within 3 to 6 weeks. Healthy habits make every option work better.
It depends on your treatment. On hormone therapy, blood tests are usually repeated every 3 months once your levels are stable.
There is no fixed time limit. Your doctor works with you to use the least treatment needed to achieve your goals, and reassesses if your health changes. Never adjust or stop a prescribed treatment without speaking to us first.
Completely. Appointments are private, communication is discreet and medication is delivered in discreet packaging.
The medical consultation is SCR 900 and is deductible from your treatment. The full GoldWaves® protocol is SCR 9,600; medication, TRT and peptide programmes are priced for your protocol at assessment.
One of our doctors reviews your form during working hours, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. Forms sent outside these hours may take a little longer.
We can see your partner separately for her own needs. She will not be part of your plan, but our women's hormone and intimate health services are available.
