Regenerative hair therapy sets out to support the follicle itself rather than to cover what has been lost. It is non-surgical, it is given in sessions of about thirty minutes, and it works on follicles that are still cycling — which is why the result depends so heavily on when you start.
It is worth being plain about what happens in the room, because the phrase regenerative cells is used loosely in this industry. Nothing is taken from your scalp and nothing is grown in a laboratory. The platelet concentrate comes from a small sample of your own blood, drawn and spun on the day — and because the material is your own, compatibility is not a concern. The exosome preparation is recombined with saline and a buffer immediately before it is applied. The laser adds light, and nothing else.

What is Regenerative Cell Therapy for alopecia?
It is the clinic’s regenerative approach to hair loss, built from three treatments: platelet-rich plasma taken from your own blood, exosome mesotherapy, and low-level laser therapy. They are used alone or in combination, and which combination you are given is decided at your scalp assessment.
How does the treatment work?
Nothing is taken from your scalp and nothing is cultured in a laboratory. A small blood sample is drawn and spun, and the platelet-rich fraction is applied to the thinning areas. The exosome preparation is recombined with saline and a buffer immediately before use. Low-level laser adds light energy through intact skin. All three aim at encouraging follicles that are still cycling towards the growing phase.
Who is a good candidate?
Ideal candidates include men and women experiencing hair thinning, male pattern baldness or alopecia, who want a minimally invasive option to enhance hair health and regrowth.
Is the procedure safe?
These are minimally invasive treatments with a low risk profile when performed by a doctor, and because the platelet concentrate is your own material, compatibility is not a concern. Risks exist nonetheless — tenderness, bruising, and uncommonly infection at the site — and they are discussed individually at the assessment, with your medical history in front of us.
How many sessions are required?
Typically 3 to 6, spaced several weeks apart, depending on which treatments the plan contains: three for a platelet-rich plasma course, six at fifteen-day intervals where exosomes are used. The plan is reviewed at each visit and changed at medical discretion.
What is the recovery time?
Minimal. Most patients experience only slight redness or soreness at the injection site, and can typically return to their regular activities shortly after the procedure.
What can I use to enhance my treatment?
The clinic dispenses a shampoo, capsules and a hair lotion to support the scalp between sessions. They are recommended alongside a course rather than instead of one — ask at your assessment which of them applies to you.
