    SCR 1,990 to SCR 4,500 is added to your VA Beauty SCR balance each month, depending on your tier.

  2. Unused treatment value banks too

    If you cannot make it in for an included treatment, its value banks automatically into your balance at the end of your membership year instead of disappearing.

  3. Spend on anything on the menu

    Redeem on any service or product, whenever it suits you. Each deposit stays redeemable for 6 months.

Private clinical access beyond standard hours.

Our standard hours are 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM on weekdays and 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM on Saturdays. Anything outside that window is After-Hours: absolute privacy, zero wait times and the undivided attention of our senior clinical team. To reward loyalty and drive tier progression, this benefit follows a negative escalation structure — the higher your tier, the lower your session fee.

Standard non-member rate: SCR 1,500 per session, which establishes the baseline value of this privilege.

  • Seamless Logistics: Discreet drop-off coordination (ideal for villas & yachts).
  • VA Beauty SCR: 100% of your monthly fee is deposited as VA Beauty SCR, redeemable against eligible treatments and products. Each deposit is valid for 6 months (180 days). If you cancel or pause, you have a maximum of 30 days to use the remaining balance.
  • Year-end banking: included Express Glow Facial Cleanses and Bio C Glow Peels still unused at the end of your membership year are converted into VA Beauty SCR at their standard price, while your membership is active.
  • Surgical waiting period: the discount on surgical procedures activates from the sixth month of uninterrupted Black membership, or immediately if the full annual fee is paid in advance.
  • Upgrades and downgrades: upgrades apply once the difference is paid; downgrades apply from the next billing cycle. Treatments already used count towards the new tier's annual allowance.
  • Share a Month: once per membership year, one registered guest aged 18+ enjoys your tier's discounts, member rates and priority appointments for 30 days. Surgical discount, birthday voucher and After-Hours pricing are not shared.
  • Gift memberships: available as 3, 6 or 12 prepaid months. The membership is activated as soon as it is paid, and is not redeemable for cash.
  • Companion Add-On: SCR 1,500 per month for Gold and Black members; ends if the primary membership is cancelled, paused or downgraded below Gold.
  • Equipment sessions: complimentary equipment-based sessions are scheduled Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, subject to availability.
  • Birthday voucher: redeemable during your birthday month only, for a medical treatment. Non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
  • After-Hours access: for scheduled procedures (lasers, IVs, injectables), requested through the Membership Concierge and subject to Dr. Eric Licea's clinical schedule. Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice forfeits 100% of the fee.
  • Medical safety: every treatment is subject to medical assessment and consent. Appointments are postponed, and fees waived, if acute illness or contraindications are present on the day.
  • Annual retreat: the host hotel or resort assumes full civil and safety liability for its facilities; Victoria Aesthetics is responsible for the medical procedures it performs.

VA COMPANION ADD-ON

Bring your partner into the Club.

Gold and Black members can add their spouse or partner to the Club for an additional SCR 1,500 per month. The companion shares priority appointments and the treatment discounts of the holder's tier. They do not accrue VA Beauty SCR of their own, and the annual retreat place remains with the holder.

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the VA Wellness Club and the use of associated membership benefits. They should be read together with applicable clinical consent forms, privacy notices and treatment-specific conditions.

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the VA Wellness Club, including the Silver, Gold and Black membership tiers, VA Beauty SCR (the membership credit balance, also referred to as VA Credit), annual treatment allocations, member rates, After-Hours Sanctuary Access, the VA Companion Add-On, Share a Month and Gift Memberships.

By enrolling in the VA Wellness Club, the member confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

2. Who Can Join

  • The VA Wellness Club is open to every client of Victoria Aesthetic & Wellness Clinic, subject to medical eligibility.

7. Membership Fees, Billing and Activation

  • Membership benefits become available only once the applicable membership payment has been successfully processed and the membership is shown as active in the Clinic's system.
  • Membership fees apply per billing cycle and are charged at the rate applicable to the member's active tier, subject to any expressly authorised adjustment.
  • A change in membership tier does not create a second membership account; the new tier replaces the previous tier from the effective date of the change.

8. VA Beauty SCR (VA Credit)

  • 100% of the monthly membership fee actually paid by the member is deposited as VA Beauty SCR, subject to the current programme rules.
  • VA Beauty SCR may be redeemed against eligible treatments and products offered by Victoria Aesthetic & Wellness Clinic.
  • Each deposit is valid for 6 months (180 days) from the date it is issued. Expiry operates on a rolling basis, so each deposit has its own expiry date.
  • VA Beauty SCR is a clinic credit. It is not cash, is not redeemable for cash and cannot be sold.
  • Where a membership fee is discounted under an authorised arrangement, the VA Beauty SCR deposited is based on the amount actually paid for that billing cycle.
  • If a membership is cancelled or paused, the remaining balance may be used for up to 30 days after the effective cancellation or pause date, subject to the original expiry date of each deposit if that date occurs earlier.

9. Annual Treatment Allocations and Year-End Banking

  • Express Glow Facial Cleanse and Bio C Glow Peel allocations are valid only for the applicable membership year.
  • Annual treatment allocations are personal to the member, except as permitted under Share a Month (Section 19).
  • At the end of each membership year, any Express Glow Facial Cleanse or Bio C Glow Peel allocation that has not been redeemed is converted automatically into VA Beauty SCR at the Clinic's published standard price for that treatment on the conversion date.
  • Year-end banking applies only while the membership is active and all fees due have been paid. Allocations are not carried forward as treatments; only their converted value is banked.
  • Converted value is valid for 6 months from the conversion date, like any other deposit.
  • The Complimentary Medical Consultation (Black) and the Premium Collagen Mask are not converted into VA Beauty SCR.
  • Annual treatment allocations cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The VA Companion Add-On does not transfer the primary member's annual treatment allocations or VA Beauty SCR to the companion.

10. Premium Member Rates

  • Premium Member Rates are available only while the relevant membership tier is active.
  • The member rate applicable on the treatment date is the rate attached to the member's active tier at that time.
  • Eligible Premium Member Rate treatments may be paid using available VA Beauty SCR.
  • Premium Member Rates are not cash benefits and may not be sold.

11. Membership Upgrades

  • Members may upgrade to a higher membership tier at any time.
  • The upgrade becomes effective once the applicable upgrade amount has been paid and processed by the Clinic.
  • The member pays the applicable difference between the current tier and the higher tier for the relevant billing period, as calculated by the Clinic.
  • From the effective upgrade date, the member receives the benefits and privileges of the higher tier. Benefits from the previous and new tiers are not cumulative.
  • Annual treatments already redeemed during the same membership year count toward the annual allocation of the new tier. An upgrade does not restart the annual allowance from zero.
  • An upgrade to Black does not bypass the separate Black surgical-discount waiting period unless the annual Black membership is paid in full in advance in accordance with Section 17.

Example: if a Silver member has already used 3 Express Glow Facial Cleanses and upgrades to Black, the Black annual allowance of 5 does not restart. The member has 2 remaining Express Glow Facial Cleanses for that membership year.

12. Membership Downgrades

  • A member may request a downgrade to a lower membership tier.
  • A downgrade takes effect from the next billing cycle. Until then, the current tier remains active.
  • From the effective downgrade date, benefits, discounts, Premium Member Rates and After-Hours pricing change to those of the lower tier.
  • Annual treatments already redeemed during the current membership year count against the annual allowance of the lower tier.
  • If the member has already used more annual treatments than the lower tier provides, no repayment is required, but no further allocation of that treatment becomes available until the relevant annual allowance resets.
  • A downgrade below Gold ends eligibility for the VA Companion Add-On from the effective downgrade date.

13. Cancellation and Pause

  • Cancellation or pause requests must be submitted through an authorised Clinic membership or customer-service channel.
  • Cancellation stops future membership charges once the cancellation becomes effective.
  • Membership fees already paid for an active billing period are not refundable or partially refundable merely because the member does not use all available benefits during that period, except where required by law or expressly agreed by the Clinic.
  • Membership benefits cease when the membership becomes inactive. Year-end banking under Section 9 does not apply to a membership that is cancelled or paused before the end of the membership year.
  • Following cancellation or pause, the remaining VA Beauty SCR balance may be redeemed for a maximum of 30 days, subject to the original expiry date of each deposit if earlier.
  • Unused annual treatments, member rates, membership discounts, birthday benefits, After-Hours member pricing and other non-credit membership privileges have no cash value.

14. Birthday-Month Benefit

  • Silver: SCR 500 Birthday-Month Voucher.
  • Gold: SCR 750 Birthday-Month Voucher.
  • Black: SCR 1,000 Birthday-Month Voucher.
  • The voucher may be redeemed only during the member's birthday month and only toward an eligible medical treatment.
  • Birthday vouchers are non-transferable, are not exchangeable for cash, and are subject to medical suitability and appointment availability.
  • An unused Birthday-Month Voucher expires at the end of the member's birthday month and is not converted into VA Beauty SCR.

15. After-Hours Sanctuary Access

After-Hours Sanctuary Access provides private clinical access outside the Clinic's standard operating hours.

Standard operating hours: Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–4:30 PM; Saturday 8:30 AM–12:30 PM.

  • After-Hours access is intended for scheduled procedures, including appropriate laser, IV and injectable treatments, and is not intended for routine standard consultations.
  • Requests must be submitted through the Clinic's authorised Membership Concierge or booking channel and are subject to practitioner and clinical availability, including Dr. Eric Licea's clinical schedule.
  • Silver receives priority After-Hours access and private-suite service; Gold receives private-entrance access and premium refreshments; Black receives the highest After-Hours priority, including first-right-of-refusal on available slots.
  • Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice results in forfeiture of 100% of the applicable After-Hours fee.
  • If treatment cannot safely proceed because of acute illness, a medical contraindication or another clinical safety concern identified on the treatment day, the appointment may be postponed and the applicable After-Hours fee waived.

16. VA Companion Add-On — Gold and Black Memberships

Add-On fee: SCR 1,500 per month.

  • An active Gold or Black member may add one spouse or partner under the VA Companion Add-On.
  • The registered companion receives priority appointment privileges and the treatment discounts applicable to the primary member's tier.
  • The companion does not accrue separate VA Beauty SCR.
  • The companion does not receive a separate annual-retreat entitlement; any retreat place remains with the primary member unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific event.
  • The Companion Add-On does not independently provide other membership benefits unless expressly stated as part of the Add-On.
  • The Add-On is available only while the primary Gold or Black membership remains active. It ends if the primary member cancels, pauses or downgrades below Gold.
  • The Companion Add-On does not transfer the primary member's annual treatment allocations, VA Beauty SCR or birthday benefit to the companion.

17. Black Surgical Discount Waiting Period

  • Black includes 10% off eligible Surgical & Advanced Laser Treatments, subject to treatment eligibility and the rules below.
  • The discount on surgical procedures becomes active from the sixth month of uninterrupted Black membership.
  • The waiting period is waived where the full annual Black membership fee is paid in advance.
  • Time previously spent in Silver or Gold does not count as uninterrupted Black membership for purposes of the surgical-discount waiting period.
  • The surgical discount cannot be shared under Share a Month or extended to a companion before the waiting period has been completed.
  • Membership does not override clinical assessment, surgeon availability, hospital requirements, facility fees or other treatment-specific conditions.

18. Complimentary Equipment-Based Sessions

  • Where complimentary equipment-based sessions are included in a member benefit or programme, they are scheduled during designated off-peak hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM, subject to availability.
  • Clinical suitability, equipment availability and operational requirements remain applicable.

19. Share a Month — Friends and Family

  • Once per membership year, an active member of any tier may share one month of membership benefits with one friend or family member aged 18 or over (the "guest").
  • The guest must be registered by name through the Membership Concierge before the shared month starts. The shared month runs for 30 consecutive days from the start date agreed with the Clinic.
  • During the shared month the guest receives the treatment discounts and Premium Member Rates of the member's tier and priority appointments. The member's own benefits continue unchanged.
  • The member may pay for the guest's treatments with their own VA Beauty SCR and may assign to the guest one remaining included treatment from their annual allocation, which counts against the member's allowance.
  • The guest does not receive VA Beauty SCR deposits, the birthday voucher, After-Hours member pricing, the annual retreat place, or the Black surgical discount.
  • An unused shared month cannot be carried over to the next membership year, split across several guests or exchanged for cash.
  • The guest's treatments remain subject to their own consultation, medical assessment and informed consent under Section 21.

20. Gift Memberships

  • Silver, Gold and Black memberships may be purchased as a gift for another person aged 18 or over, as a prepaid term of 3, 6 or 12 months.
  • The gift membership is activated as soon as it is paid for. The prepaid term starts on that date, the recipient becomes the member and is bound by these Terms & Conditions, and the Clinic issues the gift certificate in the recipient's name.
  • VA Beauty SCR from a gift membership is deposited to the recipient's account, month by month over the prepaid term, and follows the rules in Section 8. Each deposit is valid for 6 months from the date it lands, so a 12-month gift is best redeemed as it accrues.
  • A 12-month Black gift membership counts as the full annual fee paid in advance and qualifies for the waiver described in Section 17.
  • Gift memberships are not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded once activated, except where required by law. At the end of the prepaid term, the recipient may continue at the standard monthly rate.
  • The recipient's treatments remain subject to medical eligibility under Section 21.

21. Medical Eligibility and Clinical Safety

  • Membership does not guarantee that any particular medical, aesthetic, laser, injectable or surgical procedure is clinically appropriate for a member, companion, guest or gift recipient.
  • All treatments remain subject to individual medical assessment, contraindication screening, informed consent, practitioner approval, treatment availability and applicable medical and safety protocols.
  • The Clinic may postpone, modify or decline a treatment where the treating practitioner considers this medically necessary. Where this happens on the day of treatment because of acute illness or a contraindication, the appointment is respectfully postponed and applicable fees are waived.
  • Membership benefits do not override clinical judgment.

22. Appointment Availability

  • Priority appointment status and priority access to new treatments provide preferential access but do not guarantee a specific date, practitioner, treatment room or time.
  • All appointments remain subject to clinical and operational availability.
  • After-Hours appointments are additionally subject to the After-Hours Sanctuary rules in Section 15.

23. Annual Retreat and Member Events

  • Where an Annual Retreat or member-only event forms part of the programme, participation is subject to the specific event terms, availability and any eligibility criteria communicated for that event.
  • The VA Companion Add-On does not automatically create a separate retreat entitlement for the companion.
  • The host hotel or resort assumes full civil and safety liability for the use of its water, spa and hospitality facilities. Victoria Aesthetics' responsibility is limited to the medical procedures it performs.

24. Transferability, Cash Value and Benefit Use

  • Membership is personal to the registered member, except for the sharing permitted under Share a Month (Section 19) and the Gift Memberships described in Section 20.
  • VA Beauty SCR, annual treatment allocations, membership discounts, birthday vouchers, Premium Member Rates and other membership privileges may not be sold or exchanged for cash.
  • The VA Companion Add-On is a separate paid benefit and does not constitute a transfer of the primary member's treatments, VA Beauty SCR or membership account.

25. Programme Updates

  • Victoria Aesthetic & Wellness Clinic may update future membership pricing, eligible services, programme benefits or operational rules as the Club evolves.
  • Any material change affecting an active member should be communicated before it applies to a subsequent billing period, where practicable and subject to applicable law.
  • Benefits already properly redeemed will not be retrospectively withdrawn.

26. Acceptance of Terms

Enrolment in, payment for, or continued use of the VA Wellness Club constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Members are responsible for ensuring that their contact details and membership information are accurate and current.

We would like to give you a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all our treatments, because we believe in each treatment we offer and in the quality and preparation of our staff. We will always offer you the treatment that we honestly believe could benefit you the most.

Ultimately, you are free to decide whether to move forward with all, some, or none of the treatment options we propose. Please take your time to consider whether our approach suits your needs in whole or at least in part.

What we can and cannot guarantee

Aesthetic and medical results are variable from person to person and many elements influence them. Although we do our best to achieve the result you desire, results cannot always be guaranteed. Ageing is a complex process influenced by many variables, and it does not stop.

Most people need a combination of treatments over a variable period — from weeks to months — followed by intermittent maintenance treatments to preserve the results obtained. This approach gives you the greatest chance of a natural, genuine and long-lasting rejuvenation.

What we do promise and guarantee are the highest possible standards in products used, human team, comfort, discretion, and safe and personalised attention, regardless of the treatment.

Your decisions and responsibilities

  • You are free to accept or reject our treatment proposal at any stage of the process. Please discuss your concerns and doubts thoroughly with our team before agreeing to a personalised treatment plan.
  • To be emphatic: you agree to purchase the treatment offered, not the result of the treatment performed.
  • You are responsible for the cost of additional treatments until you achieve the results you expect.
  • Your responsibility also covers the cost of resolving complications that may occur during or because of the treatments you undergo. We will do everything possible to limit such risks, following up-to-date protocols with sufficiently trained personnel.
  • Where complications are resolved in our centre, the charges for materials will be borne by you and we will cover the cost of performing the work.
  • Please read the informed consent documents and post-treatment care instructions in full, and ask us if you have any questions.

Disclaimer of warranties

We deliver the service “as is”, “with all faults” and “as available”, and the full risk as to satisfactory quality, execution, precision, safety and effort is with you. To the maximum level permitted by applicable law, we make no representations, warranties or conditions, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, title and non-infringement, or that access to the service will be continuous or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the level permitted by applicable law, Victoria Wellness Center and its staff shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive or exemplary damages, or for loss of use, data, business, revenues or profits arising out of or in connection with the services. The cumulative liability of the protected entities will not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the service.

Term and termination

These terms remain in full force and effect until terminated. Either party may terminate them at any time without notice. Upon termination or expiration, Victoria Wellness Center will stop providing the service to you.
