Yes, eligible patients may receive some one-time prescriptions. However, recurring prescriptions that require ongoing treatment (such as for depression, anxiety, or thyroid conditions) are not supported.
If your clinician prescribes a one-time medication, it will be sent to your preferred pharmacy. If a refillable prescription for a chronic condition is deemed necessary, your clinician can assist you in finding appropriate care from another provider. Some prescriptions may be covered by your insurance plan; please contact your insurance carrier for confirmation.
Victoria Aesthetic & Wellness Clinic at-home lab tests don't require an office visit. Recommended lab tests might be covered by your insurance but may need you to visit a lab in person for sample collection. To confirm coverage, please contact your insurance carrier directly. If you prefer, we can draw the blood in the comfort of your home. This service is not included and a fee of ….. will apply.
The online consultation focuses on your needs. If you have lab results you'd like to review, please have them ready for your clinician. Check our support guide for instructions on securely uploading your results before your appointment. Note that if you share older results, your provider may recommend updated testing; however, this can still provide a great starting point for a meaningful discussion.
If follow-up care is recommended, a board-certified physician will schedule the follow-up appointment for you. You can discuss seeing the same provider, subject to their availability. Please note that follow-up appointments are considered separate from the initial visit and may incur an additional fee of SR 600.
After your visit, your provider will document a care plan, which will be explained to you and sent to your email. This care plan will be stored in our database to help us monitor your progress. It will include a summary of your visit along with personalized recommendations for the next steps. To cancel your consultation, at least 24 hours’ notice is required, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Seychelles Time, Monday through Friday. Please note that a SR400 no-show fee will be charged for missed appointments.
