WHAT IS WONDER BODY?
A workout your muscles could not do alone.
When you exercise, your brain only recruits part of each muscle at a time. Wonder uses focused electromagnetic fields and selective neurostimulation to reach the nerves that control the muscle directly, producing deep, repeated contractions that involve far more of the muscle than a voluntary effort.

Promising results. Honest limits.
Electromagnetic muscle stimulation for body shaping has been studied with MRI and CT. In the MRI study by Kinney and Lozanova (2019), 22 people had four abdominal sessions; two months later, muscle thickness had increased by about 15% and the fat layer had decreased by about 19%, with no adverse events apart from mild muscle soreness.
The authors themselves call it a pilot: a small study without a control group, and one author advises the device maker. That is why we promise toning and contouring, not weight loss, and always discuss what a healthy routine adds.

DURING & AFTER
What to expect.
- Strong, rhythmic contractions and a tingling or tapping feeling; intensity is raised gradually to your comfort.
- Muscle tightness or soreness for a day or two, like after a hard workout.
- Wear comfortable clothes; remove metal objects, phones and cards from your pockets.
- Drink water, stay active and keep protein in your diet to support the muscle you are building.
WHEN IT IS NOT SUITABLE
We will not treat, or will wait, if you:
- Have a pacemaker, defibrillator, neurostimulator or other implanted electronic device.
- Have metal implants, or a copper IUD when treating the abdomen.
- Are pregnant, or recently had surgery, a hernia or an injury in the area.
- Have epilepsy, a heart condition or another medical condition: the doctor checks first.

How much does Wonder Body cost in Seychelles?
At Victoria Aesthetics a Wonder single session costs SCR 1,066, and the six-session pack costs SCR 3,840, which works out at SCR 640 per session.
How many sessions do I need?
A course of six sessions, two a week, is our standard plan. Maintenance every few months helps keep the result.
Does Wonder hurt?
No. You feel strong, rhythmic muscle contractions and a tingling or tapping sensation. The intensity is increased gradually to what is comfortable for you.
When will I see results?
Many people feel firmer within the course. Visible toning usually shows two to four weeks after the last session, and the full result at around twelve weeks.
Is there downtime?
No. You may feel muscle tightness or soreness for a day or two, like after a workout, but you can go straight back to work or exercise.
Will Wonder help me lose weight?
No. Wonder tones muscle and can reduce some fat over the treated area, but it is not a weight-loss treatment. For significant weight loss, our Weight Loss Clinic is the place to start.
Which areas can be treated?
The abdomen, waist and obliques, glutes, arms, and the front and back of the thighs. Several areas can be treated in the same session.
Who should not have Wonder?
People with pacemakers or other implanted electronic devices, metal implants in the area, a copper IUD when treating the abdomen, pregnancy, or recent surgery or hernia in the area. The doctor reviews other medical conditions first.
