WHY TESTOSTERONE FALLS
From around the mid-thirties, total testosterone falls by roughly 1% a year, and the free, active fraction falls faster. Weight gain, poor sleep, stress, diabetes and some medications can push it lower.
Illustrative population trend only. Individual levels vary widely, which is exactly why we test.
IN YOUR 30s
Usually stable, but not always.
Most men are still near their peak. Low testosterone at this age is less common, so when symptoms appear we look hard for a cause: weight, sleep, stress, medications, anabolic steroid use or a pituitary problem.
60-SECOND SELF-CHECK
Tap every sign you have noticed over the last few months. It is not a diagnosis: many of these have other causes too. It simply tells you whether a blood test is worth doing.
0 OF 12 SIGNS
Start tapping.
Pick the signs you recognise. Low testosterone is confirmed only by symptoms together with blood tests, never by a questionnaire alone.

ERECTILE CHANGES & LOW LIBIDO
Erectile dysfunction, the difficulty getting or keeping an erection firm enough for sex, affects some degree of about half of men aged 40 to 70. It is not a life sentence, and it is often a warning sign of something deeper: low testosterone, vascular disease, diabetes, stress or the side effect of a medication.
That is why we treat the root cause, not just the symptom. When low testosterone is the driver, correcting it can restore desire and improve erectile function; when it is not, testosterone will not fix it, and we tell you so.
New erectile problems can be an early sign of heart disease. Your assessment includes your cardiovascular risk, not just your hormones.
TESTED, NOT GUESSED
International guidelines diagnose low testosterone only with consistent symptoms and two low morning results. Our panel also checks why it is low, and whether TRT is safe for you.
Thyroid, lipids, HbA1c and vitamin D are added when your symptoms suggest it. Your blood can be drawn at the clinic, or at your home or office for a service fee.
HOW IT WORKS
Doctors registered with the Seychelles Medical & Dental Council, and the peace of mind of receiving your medication at your door.
STEP 01
A short intake form, or the low-T quiz, so your doctor knows your symptoms and history.
STEP 02
Haematological, biochemical and hormonal tests, drawn in the morning, at the clinic or at home.
STEP 03
About 60 minutes, in person or by video, to go through your results and decide if TRT is right for you.
STEP 04
Route, dose and any support medication chosen for you, with risks and benefits explained.
STEP 05
Medication and supplies shipped to your door in discreet packaging.
STEP 06
First review at 8 to 12 weeks, with bloods 2 weeks before, then every 3 months.
BENEFITS, HONESTLY
In men with confirmed low testosterone, large trials show real benefits in some areas and little in others. Choose an area to see what the evidence says.
SEXUAL HEALTH
The clearest benefit.
Libido, sexual activity and erectile function improve in men with low testosterone. If erections remain a problem, TRT can be combined with other treatments.

YOUR TRT PLAN
Bioidentical testosterone has the same chemical structure as the hormone your body makes. Esters differ in how fast they act and how long they last; your doctor chooses the form, dose and any support medication.
Testosterone cypionate or enanthate, given at regular intervals for steady levels. The most widely used route.
Applied daily to the skin for a gentler, needle-free option. Avoid skin contact with partners and children after applying.
Human chorionic gonadotropin stimulates your own testes. Used with TRT to help maintain testicular size and, in some men, sperm production.
Only when needed: lowers oestrogen if high levels cause nipple tenderness or breast swelling. Not routine for every man.
BEFORE YOU START · FERTILITY
Testosterone from outside tells your brain to stop sending its signals (LH and FSH) to the testes. Your own testosterone production falls, the testes can shrink and sperm production can stop. It usually recovers after stopping, but not always quickly.
Tell us before starting. TRT on its own is not the right choice, and there are other ways to raise testosterone that protect fertility.
hCG can be added to keep the testes working while you are on TRT. Your doctor explains whether it suits you.
Reduced sperm counts do not make TRT reliable contraception. Use contraception if pregnancy is not planned.
SAFETY FIRST
In the large TRAVERSE trial (New England Journal of Medicine, 2023), men with confirmed low testosterone had no increase in major heart events on testosterone compared with placebo. Atrial fibrillation, blood clots and fractures were more frequent, which is why monitoring matters.

Over-replacement causes problems too. The goal is a normal level for you, not the highest number on the report.

BEYOND TESTOSTERONE
Prescribed only after assessment, alone or alongside TRT. More testing may be needed if an underlying physical or psychological cause is found.
Dissolvable oral combinations, such as tadalafil or sildenafil, for confidence when it matters.
A peptide that acts on the nervous system to support desire and arousal, rather than blood flow alone.
Self-administered injections for a rapid, reliable erection when tablets do not work or are not suitable.
A topical benzocaine option that reduces sensitivity without removing it, to help you last longer.
Some treatments work better together; your doctor builds the combination for you.
Sleep, weight, exercise and stress, plus IV or vitamin support when tests show a deficiency.
QUESTIONS
Prefer to ask privately? Message our clinical team on WhatsApp.
Ask on WhatsApp (opens WhatsApp in a new tab)TRT restores testosterone to a normal level in men whose symptoms and blood tests confirm a deficiency (hypogonadism). We use pharmaceutical-grade bioidentical testosterone, prescribed and monitored by our doctors.
Symptoms such as low libido, erectile changes, fatigue, low mood, loss of muscle and increased body fat can suggest it, but the diagnosis needs consistent symptoms plus two low morning testosterone results, as international guidelines recommend.
No. A blood panel is the only way to know whether you are a candidate for testosterone replacement and whether it is safe for you.
Total testosterone, SHBG and free testosterone, LH, prolactin, sensitive oestradiol, full blood count (haematocrit), comprehensive metabolic panel and PSA. Thyroid, lipids, HbA1c or vitamin D are added when your symptoms suggest it.
No. We cannot verify who took a home test, and verification is essential before prescribing. If convenient, our team can draw your blood at your home or office for a service fee.
We generally treat adult men, most often from their thirties onwards, who have specific symptoms and objectively low lab values. In younger men we look especially carefully for the underlying cause.
It varies. Many men notice better desire and mood within 3 to 6 weeks; changes in muscle, body fat and bone take several months. Training, sleep and diet make a real difference to what you achieve.
When it is properly indicated and monitored, yes. In the large TRAVERSE trial (NEJM, 2023), testosterone did not increase major heart events in men with confirmed low testosterone, although atrial fibrillation, blood clots and fractures were more frequent. That is why we screen before starting and monitor haematocrit, PSA and your levels throughout.
Current evidence does not show that TRT causes prostate cancer, but testosterone can stimulate an existing cancer and benign prostate enlargement. We check PSA and prostate symptoms before starting and during treatment, and we do not prescribe TRT to men with prostate cancer.
It can. Testosterone from outside suppresses the brain signals that drive sperm production, so counts can fall to very low levels. If you plan to father a child soon, tell us before starting: there are other options.
Yes, because your own testes are told to slow down. Adding hCG can help maintain testicular size and function; your doctor will explain whether it suits you.
While you are on TRT, your natural production is largely switched off. It usually recovers after stopping, sometimes slowly. hCG can be used to keep the testes active during treatment.
There is no fixed time limit. TRT is usually long term, using the lowest dose that achieves your goals. If you stop, levels generally return to where they were. Never change your dose or stop without speaking to us first.
No. Keep taking your usual medication and tell your own doctor about your TRT, as some medicines may need adjusting.
Your first review is at 8 to 12 weeks, with blood drawn about 2 weeks before. After that, blood tests and reviews are every 3 months, more often if your dose changes.
After your blood panel and consultation, you can expect your medication within 15 business days.
Yes. If you are already on treatment, we can review labs up to 5 months old, and you do not need to lower your testosterone level before signing up.
Testosterone and hCG are controlled medicines, so check the rules of each country you visit. We can provide a travel letter for an admin fee of SCR 399; email us your full travel details.
Sometimes. ED can be a symptom of low testosterone, but it is often linked to blood vessels, diabetes, stress or medications. Testing finds the cause, so we treat that rather than the symptom alone.
Rarely. It often has more than one cause, physical and psychological, and it can be an early sign of heart disease. It is worth a proper medical assessment.
The hormone consultation is SCR 900 and is deductible from your treatment plan. Your programme price depends on your medication and dose and is agreed before anything is prescribed, with a minimum 3-month supply and month-to-month payment options.
Often, a little. Losing excess weight, sleeping well, regular strength training, less alcohol and treating sleep apnoea can all raise testosterone. We include these steps in every plan, with or without TRT.
