Day 0 to month 6
Generally, a single facial endolifting session is enough. In more advanced cases, 3 to 4 sessions may be needed, and those are performed from the sixth month onwards, never stacked back to back.

The session
Local anaesthetic, a 2 mm entry point, and the optical fibre passed under the skin in the planned pattern. No incisions, no general anaesthetic, no overnight stay.

The first days
Expect some swelling, and possibly light bruising, as the tissue settles. Downtime is minimal, and you leave with written aftercare and a direct line to the clinic.

- Sleep with your head slightly raised.
- No sauna, steam, hot yoga or intense training.
- Skip alcohol and anything that thins the blood unless your physician prescribed it.
- Keep the entry points clean and dry.
Until your review

- No facial massage or aggressive skincare on the treated area unless cleared.

Is endolifting surgery?
No. It is minimally invasive: a 2 mm entry point, local anaesthetic, an optical fibre passed under the skin, and no incisions to close. It is still a medical procedure performed by Dr. Eric Licea, which is why it starts with a proper assessment.
Does it hurt?
The area is numbed with local anaesthetic, so the session itself is well tolerated. Afterwards, most people describe tightness and tenderness rather than pain.
How many sessions will I need?
