The GoldWaves® procedure is based on the use of pulsating acoustic shock waves to directly stimulate the growth of new blood vessels and, as a consequence, increase blood circulation to the male genital organ.
Acoustic-wave technology is not new to medicine: it has been used for decades in urology and in orthopaedic and sports medicine to support tissue repair. Applied at low intensity here, it may also help reduce curvature in early Peyronie’s disease.
