DERMAL FILLERS IN SEYCHELLES · MONT FLEURI, MAHÉ

Dermal fillers in Seychelles. Volume where your face has lost it.

Dermal fillers replace what ageing takes away: structure in the cheeks, definition along the jaw, shape in the lips. Dr. Eric Licea uses FDA and CE approved brands at our clinic in Seychelles, injected to your own anatomy rather than to a trend.

  • FDA and CE approved brands only
  • Injected by Dr. Eric Licea, certified aesthetic doctor
  • Hyaluronic acid fillers are reversible

HOW THEY WORK

Faces do not sag. They deflate first.

Structure, not stretch

Under the skin, fat pads shrink and bone recedes with age. What looks like loose skin is often lost support. Filler is a gel placed in those precise layers to restore the scaffolding: put cheek volume back and the lower face lifts with it, softening jowls without touching them. Fillers reduce the look of fine lines, wrinkles and sagging skin, and the change is visible the same day.

Restores volume

Cheeks, temples and the mid face, where loss shows first and reads as tiredness rather than age.

Defines contour

Jawline, chin and profile. Structure in the lower third is what makes a face look balanced from the side.

Shapes the lips

Volume, better shape and softer fine lines around the mouth, in the amount you actually asked for.

Filler is not a substitute for lifting. Where the problem is skin laxity rather than lost volume, endolifting or surgery gives the honest answer, and we will say so at the consultation.

JUVEDERM · RESTYLANE

The versatile one

Hyaluronic acid attracts water to the area, providing hydration and volume at once. It is the most versatile family and the one used for lips, cheeks and the under-eye area. It is also the only group that can be dissolved on demand, which is why it is the usual starting point.

WHERE WE TREAT

Three plans, sized to your face.

From SCR 5,800

  • Lips

Volume, shape and softer fine lines around the mouth, for a fuller, defined pout. From SCR 5,900.

  • Lower face & jawline

Structure in the lower third for balance, a sharper profile and refined definition. From SCR 5,800.

  • Facial contouring

Cheeks, forehead, temples, chin and jawline, treated together for volume and definition. From SCR 5,800.

HOW PRICING WORKS

Priced by vial, cheaper as the plan grows.

Filler is sold by the vial of 1 ml. A single area may need one; full-face contouring usually needs several, and every extra vial placed in the same session costs less than the first. Move the counter to see where a plan lands before you sit in the chair.

How many vials you actually need is a clinical decision, made with your face in front of us. Nothing is charged before it is agreed, and unused vials are never opened.

THE HOUSE STYLE

If it looks like filler, it was the wrong plan.

How a session runs

YOUR VISIT

From the mirror to the two-week review.

Same-day result

  1. 01

    Before you come

Avoid blood-thinning medication and supplements, including aspirin and ibuprofen, to lower the risk of bruising. Skip alcohol the night before and tell us about everything you take.

  2. 02

The plan, in front of a mirror

The doctor assesses proportion, volume loss and asymmetry, then agrees the areas, the product and the number of vials with you before anything is opened.

  3. 03

    The injections

Topical anaesthetic where it is needed, then a fine needle or a blunt cannula depending on the area. Most areas take twenty to thirty minutes.

  4. 04

    The first 48 hours

Expect swelling, and possibly bruising, especially in the lips. Sleep with your head raised, skip the gym, the sauna and alcohol, and do not massage the area unless we asked you to.

  5. 05

    The two-week review

Swelling has resolved and the filler has settled into place. That is the honest moment to judge the result and to top up an area if it needs it.

SAFETY

Reversible, and that changes the conversation.

Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with an enzyme, safely and gently, whether the issue is a result you dislike or product placed badly elsewhere. Knowing there is a way back is what makes a first treatment reasonable.

Filler is a medical product injected into the face. It belongs in the hands of a doctor who knows the vascular anatomy, in a clinic equipped to manage a complication, not at a party or a pop-up.

Expected

  • Swelling for one to three days, most of all in the lips.
  • Bruising at the injection points, more likely on blood thinners.
  • Tenderness and small lumps that settle as the gel integrates.

Call us the same day

  • Pain that grows rather than fades.
  • Skin that turns pale, dusky or mottled in the treated area.
  • Any change in vision.
  • Fever or spreading redness in the days afterwards.

MEMBERSHIPS & REWARDS

Members pay less, and bank credit between visits.

VA Wellness Club members receive 10% off medical treatments, including fillers, plus priority appointments and VA Beauty SCR: 100% of the monthly fee banks as credit you can spend on your next plan.

What patients say afterwards.

The best filler result is the one your friends read as a good holiday rather than a good injector.

  • “I asked for more and he said one syringe was enough. He was right.”

  • “My cheeks were done, but what changed was my jawline. I did not expect that.”

  • “Swollen for two days, then it simply looked like my face on a good day.”

  • “He drew the plan on a mirror before touching anything. That is when I relaxed.”

QUESTIONS

Before you book.

How long do dermal fillers last?

Typically eight to twelve months, depending on the product, the area and your metabolism. Areas that move constantly, such as the lips, break filler down faster than the cheeks or the jawline.

Will it look obvious?

Not when the plan is proportionate. Overfilled faces come from treating one area repeatedly instead of rebalancing the whole. We would rather place one vial well than three to reach a number you had in mind.

Can it be undone?

Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with an enzymatic treatment that gently removes unwanted or misplaced product, including filler injected elsewhere. Other families, such as PMMA, are semi-permanent and cannot be dissolved, which is why they are used rarely and only with a clear indication.

Does it hurt?

Most modern fillers contain a local anaesthetic, and topical numbing cream is used where it helps. Lips are the most sensitive area, and that is where we take the most time.

How many vials will I need?

One area often needs a single vial; full-face contouring usually needs several, and dermal fillers in Seychelles are priced per syringe, with each extra one in the same session priced lower (SCR 5,800 for the first, SCR 5,200 for each add-on). The number is agreed with you before anything is opened.

Can I fly or dive afterwards?

Give it a few days. Swelling and pressure changes do not combine well, and if you are visiting Seychelles for a short trip, tell us at the consultation so we can time the treatment sensibly.

What if I have filler from another clinic?

Bring the details if you have them: product, area and date. If the previous work is the problem rather than the starting point, dissolving it and rebuilding is often the better plan.

Consultation is key. Your areas, your product and the number of vials are agreed face to face with the doctor who performs the treatment.
