WE REQUIRE AT LEAST 24-HOUR ADVANCED NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
At VICTORIA WELLNESS CENTER, we understand circumstances can change, and we request patients notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and offer the time slot to another patient in need.
If you need to change or reschedule a confirmed booking, please provide us with a 24-Hour notice by email. Less than 24 Hour Notice will result in a XXX Cancellation Fee. If appointment was made on the same day, you have 4 Hours before scheduled appointment to inform our staff.
Missed appointments are non-refundable.
